Cancellation Policy

Cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours in advance of your service & rescheduling included. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will forfeit the deposit, another deposit must be made to rebook and result in being charged full price of your appointment. No shows/no calls will also be charged the full amount with a deposit to rebook. There is a 15 minute grace period. Please understand if you are repeatedly late, there will be a 50% charge of the fee and require that you rebook your appointment for a later date, If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify JMichelle at 5138180020 or joy@thejmichelle.com.
